Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation is hiring a Care Associate for full-time and part-time shifts (7-3a and 3-11p) at 1361 Boot Road, West Chester, PA 19380. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor wellbeing, and provide social support under supervision.

Requirements include at least one year in senior care, English proficiency, and possibly CNA/CHHA license depending on state. Strong compassion and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• You have at least one year of experience working in senior care.
• Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties, communicate with supervisor and other employees, and respond to emergencies.
• You may need to have a CNA or CHHA license depending on the state.
• You have basic computer skills.
• You are compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic and helpful.
• You have the ability to work as a part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and efficiently.
• You possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• You have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in high stress situations.
• You can maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward the residents and your co-workers.

Responsibilities
