Job summary

The Neighborhoods of White Lake in Michigan is seeking compassionate Care Assistants/Med Techs to join our resident-focused team. You will provide personalized care, support daily activities, monitor health, and help maintain the dignity and comfort of our residents.

Qualifications

• Medication management: assist in administering medications and monitor health conditions with a keen eye and a caring heart.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years of experience working in a nursing facility setting is preferred
• Previous experience working in long-term care or with the geriatric population preferred.
• A passion for helping others and a big heart!
• A positive attitude and a sense of humor...we love to have fun while we work!
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
