Job summary

The Neighborhoods of White Lake, part of Trinity Health, is seeking Care Assistants/Med Techs to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a welcoming team.

Responsibilities include personalized care, medication management, promoting social engagement, and working with a dedicated team. Requirements include a high school diploma, 1–2 years in a nursing facility preferred, geriatric care experience preferred, and strong communication and teamwork.

• Medication management: assist in administering medications and monitor health conditions with a keen eye and a caring heart.
• Engage and Inspire: promote social interaction and enhance the well‑being of our residents.
• Team Player: Work alongside a dedicated team, supporting each other and fostering a positive atmosphere.

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years of experience working in a nursing facility setting is preferred
• Previous experience working in long-term care or with the geriatric population preferred.
• A passion for helping others and a big heart!
• A positive attitude and a sense of humor...we love to have fun while we work!
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
