The Neighborhoods of White Lake, part of Trinity Health, is seeking compassionate Care Assistants/Med Techs to join our vibrant community. You will provide personalized care to residents, ensuring comfort and dignity, and assist with medication management while monitoring health conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in a nursing facility is preferred.
• Experience in long-term care or with geriatric population preferred.

• Assist in medication management and monitor health conditions with care.
• Engage residents to promote social interaction and well-being.

What You'll Do

• Be a Rockstar Caregiver...provide personalized care to our wonderful residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and happiness.
• Medication management: assist in administering medications and monitor health conditions with a keen eye and a caring heart.
• Engage and Inspire: promote social interaction and enhance the well-being of our residents.
• Team Player: Work alongside a dedicated team, supporting each other and fostering a positive atmosphere.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years of experience working in a nursing facility setting is preferred
• Previous experience working in long-term care or with the geriatric population preferred.
• A passion for helping others and a big heart!
• A positive attitude and a sense of humor...we love to have fun while we work!
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
