About The Role
Please note that we only have full-time hours available on night shifts, 38.5 hours per week. Full flexibility is required.

As a Care Assistant, you will take responsibility for the physical and emotional wellbeing and social needs of our residents. Assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and assisting with meals.
Delivering care that comes from the heart, ensuring our residents never lose their dignity or sense of individuality. This includes helping with mobility aids, providing emotional support to distressed residents, or caring for those at the end of their life, always prioritizing their wellbeing.
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. It’s important you can recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and know the appropriate actions to take. All colleagues will attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and can seek advice and escalate concerns as needed.
