Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to safely assist residents with mobility and transfers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to stay active and engaged throughout the shift.
• Ability to complete required resident documentation.
• First Aid and CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to residents while helping them maintain as much independence as possible.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living.
• Follow individualized resident care and support plans.
• Encourage independence, choice, and social engagement.
• Advocate for resident needs, preferences, and concerns.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to the team.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain respectful communication with residents, families, and coworkers.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
• Support household tasks including light cleaning, laundry, and meal-related tasks.
• Collaborate with nurses, Med Techs, and leadership for consistent care.

What You’ll Do

As a Care Aide at GreenView, you’ll provide direct support to residents while helping them maintain as much independence as possible.

You’ll:

What We’re Looking For

Experience is helpful, butreliability, attitude, and how you treat people matter just as much.

Required:

• At least 18 years old
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Ability to safely assist residents with mobility and transfers
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Ability to walk, bend, and remain active throughout the shift
• Ability to complete required resident documentation
• Current First Aid and CPR/AED certification, or willingness to complete training after hire

Preferred:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous senior living, long-term care, healthcare, or caregiving experience
• Valid driver’s license
