Job summary

Serenity Gardens Senior Living in Kulpmont, PA is hiring a part-time Personal Care Aide to support residents with daily living activities and provide compassionate care. You will assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, and transport to meals, while promoting safety, dignity, and independence.

This hands-on role requires teamwork, reliability, and a customer-focused approach to seniors. Weekly pay, PTO, holiday pay, and benefits are offered to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive, compassionate approach to working with seniors.
• Strong communication and people skills.

• Dependability and willingness to work every other weekend.
• Previous personal care, senior living, healthcare, or caregiving experience is preferred, but training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

At Serenity GardensSenior Living, a Cardinal Senior Living community in Kulpmont, we’re looking for compassionate, dependable Personal Care Aides who want work that matters.

This is hands-on, relationship-driven work. You’ll help residents with the routines of daily life while supporting their independence, dignity, comfort, and safety.

Some days will be busy. Some will be challenging. But every shift gives you the opportunity to make a meaningful difference for someone.

Available Shifts

• 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend required

• Communicating respectfully with residents, families, and coworkers
• Reporting changes or concerns to the appropriate team member
• Helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
