Job summary

Mindler Group is seeking a Care Administrator to be the first point of contact for patients and therapists across three UK services. You will handle referrals, inquiries, and communications with empathy, while upholding data governance and privacy standards.

The role is hybrid with 2–3 days on-site at our Cambridge office, offering a salary of £25,000 FTE. Interviews are held in person in Cambridge, with a focus on delivering high-quality digital mental health care.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
• Strong customer service skills with a confident telephone manner.
• Solid IT skills (Google drive, docs, sheets, Zendesk).
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with following SOPs and adhering to legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Processing referrals from the NHS, private companies and patients via bespoke systems.
• Answering calls and handling queries from patients, therapists, and the public with empathy and professionalism.
• Managing patient communications through Zendesk and text messages, escalating issues to relevant teams.
• Liaising with NHS and private services and building relationships across teams.
• Supporting projects, managing waiting lists, and ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.
• Adhering to information governance guidelines to maintain confidentiality.
• Supporting patients across all three services with ages from 5 using multiple communication methods.
