Mindful Care is seeking a dual licensed Clinical Intake Specialist to work with our patients in both New Jersey and New York. Our Clinical Intake Specialists are Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSW/LSW), with deep clinical knowledge and background, who provide initial mental health interviews and evaluation for patients seeking treatment at Mindful Care. Knowledge in understanding the implications of the Biological, Psychological, and social factors of our patients' lives and experiences is expected to make recommendations for the services we provide, as they embark on their mental health and/or recovery journey with us. Our LMSWs will fully assess and collaborate with patients and other members of the clinical team to ensure that patients are educated and have a strong treatment plan to follow at Mindful Care.
