Job summary

Providence Swedish seeks a Journey Level Patient Services Specialist to perform front-office tasks with increasing independence, handling patient registration and appointment scheduling for routine services. You will join a care team focused on compassionate service and operational excellence in support of Providence patients and their families.

Qualifications

• 1 year of medical office or related healthcare experience OR 6 months of experience as a Providence employee in an Associate PSS position.
• Front-office responsibilities include patient registration and appointment scheduling for routine/basic services.

Responsibilities

• Register patients, schedule appointments for routine/basic healthcare services, and perform general clerical duties.
• Collaborate with care team to deliver compassionate, efficient service and support Providence patients and families.
