Job summary

You will lead analyses across underwriting, account management, and collections to translate customer behavior into policy recommendations and measurable controls.

You will partner with stakeholders to ensure risk appetite alignment, regulatory compliance, and long-term portfolio performance while delivering executive-ready insights and clear storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required.
• 3+ years analytics/risk strategy or related finance roles preferred.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and ability to structure ambiguous problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytics to measure and improve key initiatives.
• Define problem statements, hypotheses and success metrics.
• Develop and refine credit program policies and processes.
• Analyze portfolio performance using statistical methods.
• Conduct root-cause analyses to diagnose shifts and identify levers.
• Design monitoring to detect trends in origination quality and portfolio health.
• Translate results into concise recommendations for executives.
• Partner with stakeholders to secure buy-in and drive implementation.
• Strengthen controls by identifying gaps and validating outcomes.
• Support risk management by documenting approach and governance.
