The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, certifications in relevant technologies, and a commitment to patient safety and quality imaging practices. Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience as a cardiovascular Technologist in the cath lab setting.
• Medical Radiographer certification in Arkansas required upon hire.
• Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT certification upon hire.
• Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology certification upon hire.
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist certification upon hire.
• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer certification upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification within 90 days of hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized interventional diagnostic and therapeutic examinations of the heart.
• Prepare patients and operate advanced radiologic equipment.
• Contribute critical data for interpretation and ensure safe equipment operation.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Cardiovascular Technologist, you will be at the forefront of cardiac care, utilizing cutting‑edge imaging technology to directly impact life‑saving diagnostic and interventional procedures.

Every day, you will expertly perform specialized interventional diagnostic and therapeutic examinations of the heart and blood vessels under physician guidance, meticulously preparing patients, operating advanced radiologic equipment, and contributing critical data for interpretation. You’ll ensure the safe, efficient operation of all equipment while maintaining mastery of our latest standards and protocols.

To be successful in this role, you will combine advanced technical proficiency in cardiovascular imaging with a meticulous eye for detail, a commitment to patient safety, and a drive for continuous learning within a dynamic and collaborative Cath Lab team.

• Thorough and accurate imaging technique for patient positioning respective to the imaging order
• Routinely apply sterile techniques and quality safety practices for patients, teammates, and yourself.
• Mechanical aptitude and confidence in troubleshooting, calibrating, and maintaining radiology equipment to avoid equipment failures.

We are offering up to a $15,000 Sign‑On Bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.
