Job summary

CHI Mercy Health in Roseburg, Oregon is seeking a Cath Lab Tech/CV Tech to perform complex radiological procedures, ensuring patient safety and high-quality images for interpretation by licensed practitioners. You will set up sterile equipment and assist during heart procedures, while providing patient care before, during, and after procedures.

Qualifications

• Radiology Technology degree required.
• ARRT registry required.
• Oregon Radiographer license required.
• BLS certification within 30 days.
• ACLS certification within 6 months.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Cath Lab Tech/CV Tech, you will be a vital clinical professional, applying specialized X-ray energy for patient diagnosis or treatment.

Every day, you'll meticulously perform complex radiological procedures and techniques, producing high-quality images for interpretation by licensed practitioners. You'll ensure patient safety, comfort, and accurate positioning, operating advanced equipment with precision and upholding imaging standards.

To be successful, you'll combine strong technical expertise with exceptional attention to detail, a deep understanding of radiation safety, and a compassionate, patient-focused approach, contributing to accurate diagnoses and effective treatment.

What You'll Do:

Job Requirements

Required:

• Radiology Technology degree
• ARRT registry
• Oregon Radiographer license

Preferred:

• Two years experience as a staff technologist
• One year of experience in a Cath Lab

Pay Range

$47.29 - $70.35 /hour
