Cherry Hill Free Clinic, Inc. is seeking a CVT Charge for our cardiac cath lab to coordinate cardiovascular technologist activities, assist physicians, and promote safe, high-quality patient care during diagnostic and interventional procedures.

In this supervisory role, you will oversee lab workflow, mentor technologists, ensure regulatory and quality standards, and collaborate on safety initiatives and research to advance cardiovascular care.

Formación

• CVT certification and cath lab experience.
• Proven leadership and staff mentoring skills.
• Strong knowledge of safety, compliance and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and patient-centered approach.
• Ability to coordinate workflow in a fast-paced lab.

CVT Charge (Cardiac Cath Lab)

Coordinate cardiovascular technologist activities within a catheterization lab, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures, supporting safe and effective treatment.

Key Duties

• Supervise and coordinate lab workflow and team performance
• Mentor and support cardiovascular technologists and related staff
• Maintain regulatory and quality standards in the cath lab
• Promote patient safety, procedural safety, and efficient operations
• Collaborate to support innovation in cardiovascular care and research

Qualifications & Skills

• Credentialed/experienced cardiovascular technologist (CVT) with cath lab experience
• Strong clinical support skills for both diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Leadership ability to oversee workflow and provide staff guidance
• Knowledge of compliance, safety practices, and quality standards
• Excellent communication and patient-focused professionalism
