Job summary

Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital, part of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is seeking experienced Full-time Cardiovascular Technologists to join our Cardiac Cath Lab team. The role involves assisting physicians during procedures, monitoring hemodynamics and EKG, and maintaining sterile technique.

Shifts are 10-hour days with some on-call coverage; candidates should have an associate degree, completion of vascular tech program preferred, and ACLS/BLS and ARRT/RCIS certifications.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required.
• Completion of a certified vascular technician program preferred.
• AHA ACLS and BLS ARRT and/or RCIS required.

Employment Type: Full time Shift: Rotating Shift Description: Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is looking for experienced Full-time Cardiovascular Technologists to join our Cardiac Cath Lab team!

Shift: Full-time Day Shift, 10hr shifts, Occasional on call/holidays/weekends, based on department needs

The Cardiovascular Technologist will be responsible for assisting the Physician during procedures, analyzes hemodynamics and EKG, removes sheaths, and uses sterile technique to set up laboratory.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• First assist supporting physicians at procedure table for cardiac caths diagnostic and intervention
• Ability to scrub into procedures
• Peripheral procedures diagnostic and interventions
• Pace maker insertions

Requirements:

• Associates degree required.
• Completion of a certified vascular technician program preferred.
• AHA ACLS and BLS ARRT and/or RCIS required
