HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital in Hudson, FL is seeking a Part-time Cardiovascular Technician with Cath Lab or IR experience. You will assist physicians in complex cardiac and vascular procedures, prepare patients, and operate advanced equipment to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Responsibilities include patient education, monitoring responses, and maintaining sterile environments. Emphasis on compassion, teamwork, and balance between work and life in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• EMT/EMT-P certification or equivalent.
• Radiologic/Respiratory/LPN/Surgical/Sonographer/ARRT credentials.
• PRN and Part-time require Cath Lab or IR experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with cardiac and vascular procedures such as angiograms, angioplasties, and stent placements.
• Prepare and support patients and families with care and reassurance before, during, and after procedures.
• Operate and maintain advanced equipment to deliver safe treatment.
• Monitor patient responses with vigilance to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain a sterile environment and advocate for patient safety.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting physicians with complex cardiac and vascular procedures, including angiograms, angioplasties, and stent placements
• Preparing and supporting patients and families with care, education, and reassurance before, during, and after procedures
• Operating and maintaining advanced equipment to deliver safe and effective treatment
• Monitoring patient responses with vigilance and compassion to ensure the highest level of care
• Safeguarding a sterile, safe environment while serving as an advocate for every patient

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• EMT, EMT‑P, Rad Tech, Respiratory Tech, LPN, Surgical Tech, Sonographer, ARRT
• PRN and Part-time must have Cath Lab or IR experience
• High School Graduate / GED
