Job Summary And Qualifications

Assists cardiologist in performance of diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. Performs quality procedures accurately and in a timely manner. Operates x-ray equipment, prepares patient’s room, equipment, supplies, and medications.

Qualifications:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support.
• Associate Degree.
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, or Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES), or Registered Radiographer (ARRT) or attain RCIS within 18 months of employment.
• Graduate of or equivalent of an accredited school of Invasive Cardiovascular Technology, Radiology, or Respiratory Therapy.
