Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license.
• 1 year telemetry or critical care nursing experience.
• BLS/CPR certification within 60 days of hire.
• ACLS/Telemetry certification and national certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing practices according to evidence‑based research and standards of care.
• Communicate ongoing patient status and treatment plans with healthcare team members.
• Administer medications utilizing advanced bar‑scanning and documentation technologies.
• Document patient assessments, plans of care, interventions, and evaluations electronically.
• Provide patient and family‑centered education for health optimization and disease management.
• Participate in multi‑disciplinary discharging of patients for safe transitions and continuity of care.
