Mercy is seeking a Nurse Navigator for CV Surgery at Mercy South to guide cardiovascular surgery patients through the entire care journey. You will be the central point of contact, coordinating pre- and postoperative education, assessments, and timely scheduling.

You will collaborate with surgeons, cardiologists and interdisciplinary teams to streamline transitions of care, reduce readmissions, and support delivery of high-quality outcomes.
