• Medication administration using bar-scanning and documentation tech to ensure safety.
• Electronic documentation of assessments, plans, interventions and evaluations.
• Patient and family education to optimize health and disease management.
• Multi-disciplinary discharging to ensure safe transitions and continuum of care.
