Job summary

IntelliResume is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Cardiovascular Surgical Stepdown role in Cleveland, OH. You will provide direct patient care, coordinate multidisciplinary plans, and ensure safe, effective discharge planning.

Ideal candidates hold an accredited nursing degree with BSN preferred, at least one year of acute hospital experience, and active RN license with BLS; ACLS required for critical care areas and PALS within one year for Children's Hospital assignments.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing; BSN preferred.
• Minimum one year acute care RN experience in a hospital setting.
• Current state RN license; BLS required; ACLS for critical care areas; PALS within one year for Children's Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care and implements patient care plans.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient conditions.
• Evaluates and revises plans of care to achieve outcomes.
• Coordinates all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments.
• Assesses discharge planning needs and coordinates referrals.
