Baptist Health is seeking a Tier 1 Pool Registered Nurse for a Seasonal Contract in the Cardiovascular Step Down unit. Per diem, 7P-7:30A, in Boynton Beach, FL. Requires ASN and FL RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, PALS; NRP depending on unit. Float to multiple units, 36 hours/week across three 12-hour shifts.

Contract length options include 12, 16, 18, or 24 weeks. Seasonal staff are not eligible for PTO or some benefits. EOE.

Formación

• Active Florida RN license required (or eligible).
• ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications per unit requirements.
• Bundled assignment requires flexibility for 12‑hour shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver bedside nursing care to Cardio/Stepdown patients.
• Monitor patient status, administer meds, document care plans.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure quality outcomes.
• Adhere to Baptist Health policies and evidence‑based practice.
