Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual (30%).
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs (30%).
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes (20%).
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement activities to improve clinical quality and patient care (10%).
• Operations - Performs operational tasks related to the Cardiovascular Unit (10%).
