Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or an Associate's degree with 4 years of sales experience.

• Senior Specialty Representative requires a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of sales or clinical experience in healthcare/related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization.
• Deliver branded sales messages and achieve territory sales targets via in-person and virtual engagement.
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts, including discussions tailored to customer needs and ensuring product access.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Partner with colleagues to share best practices and grow within the role.
• Demonstrate passion for Amgen products and uphold company values throughout the sales cycle.
