Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; or an Associate's degree with 4 years of sales experience; or a high school diploma with 6 years of sales experience.
• Senior role requires 3 years of sales or clinical healthcare experience plus appropriate degree.
• Preferred: proven local market knowledge and established territory relationships.
• Adaptability with core competencies including planning, communication, and results.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals.
• Lead branded sales messages and promote products through programs and education.
• Develop relationships with accounts, ensuring product access and managing contracts.
• Feedback marketing strategy and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow in role.
• Maintain patient-focused brand advocacy throughout the sales cycle.
• Uphold Amgen values and ethical standards.
