Job summary

Mercy Hospital Southeast in Cape Girardeau, MO seeks a Cardiovascular Special Procedure Technologist for per diem/part-time roles. The candidate will perform advanced diagnostic and invasive procedures, requiring sterile technique and advanced imaging knowledge to support accurate diagnoses and effective treatments.

Strong communication with patients and professionals is essential. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; RCIS or ARRT certification and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program with completion of clinical hours or RCIS training/certification.
• One year of relevant radiology/interventional experience.
• ARRT (R) or RCIS certification; Basic Life Support (BLS).
• State licensure may be required depending on the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostic and invasive procedures to assist in diagnosis and treatment.
• Maintain sterile technique and use advanced imaging technologies.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care.
