Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or ultrasound program completed within 3 months of hire.
• ARDMS/CCI registry eligibility and registration within 1 year.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates competence in pre- and post-procedure patient care, including CPR.
• Ensures equipment is calibrated and maintained daily.
• Generates ultrasound images of the heart and vascular structures.
• May provide staff training and education.
• Monitors patient information and prepares reports and data for records.
• Prepares the procedure room and equipment for daily use and between procedures.
