Qualifications

• BLS certification required; American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual (30%).
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to meet patient needs based on diagnoses (30%).
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates response to interventions and revises care plan with the team (20%).
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement to improve clinical quality and patient satisfaction (10%).
• Operations (10%).
