The role is full-time on a 12-hour night shift (7p-7a) within the Cardiac II unit, focusing on nursing assessments, care planning, and coordinating discharge planning with the health care team.

We require graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active North Carolina nursing license, and BLS certification, with at least one year of acute

• Current North Carolina nursing license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing assessments to identify patient needs per ANA standards/NCBON.
• Coordinates discharge planning with interdisciplinary team.
