Job summary

Atlas Healthcare Partners' Banner Cardiovascular Center – Arcadia in Phoenix is seeking a dedicated RN for full-time nursing care. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in collaboration with physicians and the health care team.

This role requires a current RN license, BLS/ACLS certification, and the ability to document and coordinate care across the patient’s stay, including discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or Diploma in Nursing or higher.
• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS and ACLS Certification

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan care within nursing practice.
• Implement and coordinate patient care per physician orders and policies.
• Document care plans, assessments and outcomes timely and accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for patient care and discharge planning.
• Administer medications/IV sedation under physician direction.
• Mentor and educate staff and contribute to quality improvement.
