Job summary

Benefis Health System in Great Falls, MT is seeking a skilled registered nurse to support performance improvement initiatives in the heart and vascular service line. You will track and report quality metrics, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with clinical teams to improve patient care. Must hold an active Montana RN license with at least five years in cardiology or critical care.

BLS is required; ACLS is preferred. Starting wage is $33.64 per hour; non-exempt, full-time.

Qualifications

• Active Montana RN license.

• Current BLS certification required.

• Experience with data collection or performance improvement projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing key performance improvement initiatives.
