Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing key performance improvement initiatives.
• Serve as liaison between the heart and vascular service line and other areas that provide continuum of care to heart and vascular patients.
• Track and report quality and performance metrics for the heart and vascular service line.
• Ensure data is accurate and reported timely to clinical data registries.
