Job summary

Benefis Health System in Great Falls, MT seeks a Cardiovascular Quality Coordinator for the OP Care Management Clinic. You will oversee data collection, track performance metrics for heart and vascular services, and ensure accuracy and timely reporting to clinical registries.

As a liaison across departments, you will support STEMI and cardiovascular care initiatives, collaborate with care teams to drive quality improvements, and help ensure compliance with licensing and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Current Montana RN license.
• Minimum 5 years of cardiology or critical care experience (ICU, cath lab, etc.).
• Experience in cardiac data collection or process improvement preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Track and report quality and performance metrics for heart and vascular services.
• Serve as a liaison between the heart/vascular service line and other care areas.
• Participate in STEMI and cardiovascular care committees; ensure timely data reporting.
