Job summary

Qualifications

• RN required and Tennessee licensure or eligibility.
• 1 year of recent Cardiac PCU/Stepdown RN experience; 2+ years preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates in establishing the plan of care and coordinates care delivery across the care continuum.
• Analyzes patient information to determine nursing diagnosis and progress toward goals.
• Continuously applies the nursing process to monitor outcomes and adjust interventions.
• Promotes health and a safe environment through patient education and advocacy.
• Performs other duties as assigned by unit leadership.
