Vanderbilt Health in Nashville, TN, seeks a TempForce Nursing Collab RN for a 13-26 week assignment in Cardiovascular PCU. Night shifts 7pm-7am, 36-40 hours weekly, with premium pay of $75/hour and temporary full-time hours.

Requirements include RN licensure in Tennessee, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and 1 year of Cardiovascular PCU/Stepdown experience (2+ preferred). Position may require weekend/holiday coverage and collaboration across units.

Competenze

• Registered Nurse required; Cardiac PCU/Stepdown experience preferred.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications required or preferred.
• Graduate of an approved discipline-specific program (or equivalent experience).

• Collaborates in establishing the plan of care, coordinates and implements care delivery while anticipating patient care needs across the continuum.
• Analyzes comprehensive information pertinent to the patient's care and management to determine nursing diagnosis.
