Responsabilités

• Budget management: Develop and submit department budgets; monitor trends.
• Logistics and communications oversight: Manage communications center, logistics, fleet, and maintenance; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Education and quality oversight: Coordinate education and QA programs; ensure CAMTS and NC EMS standards; collaborate with external partners.
• Quality and regulatory: Lead CAMTS survey preparation, data reporting, and action plans; ensure loop closure.
• Human resources: Recruit, interview, and hire; oversee staff evaluations and professional development.
