Job summary

Pardee UNC Health Care in Brevard, NC seeks an experienced operations leader to oversee the Cardiology department. You will collaborate with program leadership to ensure high-quality, safe transport services and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Emergency Services/Management, Nursing, or related field.
• Five (5) years of transport experience with an associate's degree; seven (7) years with HS diploma.
• Minimum of one (1) year of management/supervisory experience.
• Valid NC Driver's License and required certifications as listed.

Responsibilities

• Budget management and development of budgetary plans with leadership.
• Lead department meetings and ensure policy and safety compliance.
• Oversee education, QA activities, and applicant assessments as applicable.
• Maintain communications center oversight, logistics, and fleet coordination.
• Ensure CAMTS and NC Office of EMS regulatory adherence and audits.
• Human resources: recruiting, interviewing, and staff evaluations.
