Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from a surgical technologist program through an approved school or the military, upon hire
• Certified Surgical Technologist, upon hire and
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room for procedures and ensure all equipment is ready.
• Assist the surgeon during procedures and manage instruments and supplies.
• Maintain a sterile field and anticipate team needs for efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to support patient care across all phases of surgery.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization, and composure under pressure
