Job summary

CommonSpirit Health in Tennessee is seeking a Surgical Tech to join our surgical team. You will work across all phases of the procedure, preparing the operating room, assisting the surgeon, and managing instruments and supplies to ensure patient safety.

You will maintain a sterile field and anticipate team needs for efficiency, with an emphasis on attention to detail, organization, and performance under pressure to achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a surgical technologist program through an approved school or the military, upon hire
• Certified Surgical Technologist, upon hire and
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room for procedures and ensure all equipment is ready.
• Assist the surgeon during procedures and manage instruments and supplies.

$27.97 - $41.60 /hour
