Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an experienced RN with cardiovascular expertise for a 13-week Cardiovascular Surgery assignment in Dallas. The role requires RN licensure, ACLS/BLS certifications, and CST for scrub tech support.

The unit features 5 ORs (3 open, 2 hybrid) with a 1:1 patient ratio and on-call coverage including nights and weekends. CNOR certification is preferred; strong teamwork and readiness to adhere to a collaborative culture are essential.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have strong cardiovascular experience.
• CST for scrub tech is necessary.
• CNOR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cardiac procedures such as CABG, AVR, MVR, and vascular surgery in a 5-OR unit.
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio on the unit and participate in on-call shifts.
• Adhere to OR protocols and dress code with scrubs provided.
