Cynet Health is seeking an experienced RN with cardiovascular expertise for a 13-week Cardiovascular Surgery assignment in Dallas. The role requires RN licensure, ACLS/BLS certifications, and CST for scrub tech support.

The unit features 5 ORs (3 open, 2 hybrid) with a 1:1 patient ratio and on-call coverage including nights and weekends. CNOR certification is preferred; strong teamwork and readiness to adhere to a collaborative culture are essential.

Description:The RN must have strong cardiovascular experience.The unit has 5 operating rooms, with 3 open and 2 hybrid.There are 15 staff members in total.Day shift staff includes RN, CST, and PCT.Night shift staff is on call.Patient ratios are 1:1.The types of equipment used include OR EMR systems.Typical procedures performed on this unit include CABG, AVR, MVR, aortic replacements, vascular procedures, and heart transplants.A CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room) certification is preferred for nurses.The best personality fit aligns with a collaborative and supportive culture.The protocol for on-call is a 45-minute response time from the phone call to clocking in.Weekends and nights are covered by call shifts.Dress code consists of provided scrubs for OR staff.
