Job summary

Sharp HealthCare in California is seeking a senior unit leader for the cardiovascular service/cath lab. You will coordinate development and productivity, supervise staff, assist the Director with budgeting, and ensure quality of care and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, 3+ years in cardiovascular services, 2+ years in leadership, and AHA BLS for Healthcare Professionals. You will lead interdisciplinary teams and drive operational planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field is required.
3 years experience in cardiovascular service and/or cath lab.
2 years of leadership experience.
AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professionals is REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

Coordinate ongoing development and productivity of the unit(s) and maintain quality of care.
Assist the Director with operational planning and provide daily work direction.
Contribute to budget development and achieve budgetary objectives.
Supervise staff, including hiring, coaching and performance appraisals.
Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team to standardize policies and procedures.
