Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Area Manager for Cardiovascular MedTech to expand our Impella product line across a defined territory. You will engage physicians, Heart Teams, and hospital staff to drive adoption, develop accounts, and exceed quotas while delivering optimal patient outcomes.

You will lead clinical teams and partner with sales and medical staff to expand market share, requiring strong interventional cardiology knowledge and proven leadership. Significant travel is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales in cardiovascular medical devices, including Cath Lab or surgical suite.
• 8+ years total sales experience with 5+ years in cardiovascular medical devices.
• Proven track record of leading teams and achieving quotas.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Impella product line to physicians, hospitals, and Heart Teams.
• Identify new customers (physicians, hospitals) and activate centers.
• Create account/territory business plans and programs.
• Exceed sales for the assigned territory.
• Lead clinical teams to drive Impella adoption in the territory.
• Travel up to 50% for case coverage and customer engagement.
