The role emphasizes maintaining and growing average selling prices across the territory and differentiating Artivion products using clinical data. Responsibilities include calling on Cardiac and Vascular surgeons, providing regular in-services to OR staff, generating new customers,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in OR medical device sales.
• Proven track record of consistent sales performance.
• BS or equivalent degree.
• Strong communication, listening, organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM tools.

Responsabilités

• Achieve 100% to goal for revenue and units.
• Differentiate products using clinical data and in-services.
• Generate new customers by calling on Cardiac and Vascular surgeons.
• Provide regular in-services to OR personnel.
• Engage target customers to attend Medical Education programs.
• Report product complaints by Midnight on notification day.
• Maintain and grow selling prices across all product lines.
• Attend medical meetings and training meetings.
• Communicate territory needs to Region Manager.
• Maintain admin functions like expense reports and lead follow-up.
• Cooperate with sales team to transfer product and surgeon history.
