Job summary

Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care within a collaborative healthcare team. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement care plans, and ensure patient safety across procedures and shifts.

The ideal candidate has a BSN, 1+ year RN experience, and TX RN licensure, with CPR/BLS certification. Relocation assistance up to $10,000 is offered for eligible hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience on hire.
• Texas RN license required at hire.
• BLS/CPR certification within 14 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and provide individualized care.
• Develop and evaluate care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Prepare patients for procedures and administer medications per orders.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust care as needed.
• Communicate with physicians and coordinate handoffs during shifts.
• Uphold safety, quality, and patient satisfaction initiatives.
