Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Invasive Technician to scrub in for procedures, assist with radiographic work, and prepare rooms and equipment. You will monitor patients, assist with medications, and help ensure safety in the cath lab.

Candidates should have a HS diploma/GED, less than 1 year of experience preferred, and BLS. ACLS must be obtained within 30 days of hire. Full benefits and growth opportunities are provided in a thriving Texas health system.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS to be obtained within 30 days of hire/transfer.

Responsibilities

• Scrub in for cardiovascular procedures and assist with equipment.
• Assist with radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures as needed.
• Prepare room and equipment, transport and monitor patients.
• Handle medications per responsibilities; monitor ECG and vital signs.
