Job summary

SCA Health in Bedford, TX seeks a Cardiovascular Invasive Technologist to scrub and assist physicians in cardiac, vascular and IR procedures. You will monitor hemodynamics, maintain sterile technique, and manage equipment and supplies.

Requires AMA approved radiologic technology program or RCIS, ARRT/RCIS certification, BLS and ACLS, plus 3–5 years cath lab experience. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an AMA approved school of Radiologic technology, or RCIS program; AS or BS degree preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS required.
• ARRT or RCIS Certification required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of cardiac cath lab experience.

Responsibilities

• Scrub and assist physician with cardiac, vascular and IR procedures.
• Maintain hemodynamic monitoring and aseptic technique.
• Ensure supplies, equipment and medications are ready before procedures.
• Communicate with patients, physicians and staff courteously.
• Promote safety and manage emergency situations as needed.
