Mercy Hospital Fort Smith is seeking a Cardiovascular Special Procedure Technologist to perform advanced diagnostic and invasive cardiovascular procedures, supporting accurate diagnoses and effective treatments. The role requires expertise in sterile technique, imaging optimization, and clear communication with patients and staff.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited Imaging Program or RCIS training, ARRT (R) or RCIS, BLS, and at least 1 year of relevant experience; licensure may

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program or RCIS training.
• Completion of required clinical hours or RCIS training certification.
• One year of relevant experience.
• ARRT (R) or RCIS certification with BLS.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostic and invasive cardiovascular procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure patient safety during procedures.
• Operate imaging equipment and assist the cardiology team as needed.
