Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO seeks an entry-level Associate Cardiovascular Special Procedure Technologist to support diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures with high-quality imaging and compassionate patient care.

You will operate specialized cardiac imaging equipment, capture real-time images to guide procedures, and document findings in PACS while ensuring safety and readiness of equipment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program with required clinical hours.
• RCIS training certification or equivalent.
• State licensure may be required depending on the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Operate specialized cardiovascular imaging equipment and capture real-time images to guide diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Document findings in PACS with accurate and timely reporting.
• Monitor equipment performance and safety; perform routine maintenance and quality checks.
• Coordinate equipment service and technology needs to ensure uninterrupted patient care.
• Assist in patient positioning and adhere to safety and sterile protocols in the cath lab.
