Job summary

Naples Comprehensive Health - NCH seeks a Manager Cardiovascular Imaging to lead Nuclear Medicine, Cardiac PET, EKG/Monitor, and related imaging operations. You will guide staffing, training, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality patient care across imaging sites.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, budget oversight and performance improvement under the direction of the Imaging Director.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nuclear medicine program.
Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in Nuclear Medicine, managing nuclear medicine lab, radiopharmaceutical and radiation safety.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience with departmental quality control, state audits, case review management, maintaining accreditations.
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
Registered by the NMTCB or ARRT (N).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Intermediate computer knowledge: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

Oversee Nuclear Medicine, Cardiac PET, EKG/Monitor, and related imaging operations.
Coordinate staffing, scheduling and cross-training across imaging sites.
Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance including IAC/TJC accreditation.
Manage budgets and equipment upgrades; assist with procurement and expense control.
Lead staff development, performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.
Collaborate with Radiology and other departments to optimize patient workflow.
